If that is not bad enough, we can go one step further back to note that Jerry Brown never should have been seated as Attorney General because he was not legally qualified to be Attorney General.

I'd go a bit further, he's not qualified to be dog catcher let alone AG.... What a throwback.....

Brown tried throwing a wrench into the vote on gay marriage by rewording the question on the ballot to make it sound like gay marriage was a right that was there all along....
