Don't want to nit pick but Presidential and Congressional. Why does it cost $1Billion to run for President? Because the pay back, to the "investors", is so much more. I think CJ has answered my question as to why the Dems are so afraid. I suspect corporations may be exerting pressure to chill or the money will be cut off.
