I love the bashers as it helps me accumulate low and I'll sell some back when it recovers to lower my cost basis... hopefully to zero before it takes off.
3. Making it clear that the common shareholders will fully participate in that upside, and not just get screwed by management through special shares or control that allows them to give themselves the lion's share of the profits.
Indeed, this is my biggest fear.

Things I watch for:
I've been screwed by insiders making the loans, letting the company run out of cash then they go BK and get the company for holding the debt.

What I'd like to see is insiders working for next to nothing so they make it if the stock is successful

AND

I'd like to see even more insider buying.

what I don't want to see is more dilution where money is used to pay insiders high salaries.

Another fear is this is a shell to get $ to do the research but in the end the owner of the IP wins if they let NNVC fail and they start a new company without bothering with pesky shareholders.
