You have finally stated: ------->Prior to this week we had problems with the system freezing and locking up at the open for the first 10-15 minutes of each trading day. A similar issue was evident during the last 7-8 minutes of each trading day.... Why did it take you people so many weeks to admit this? You think it is fun to trade like that?? And have no word here or from the company about what they are doing about it?

And for how long did this go on?----> maybe months?.... And how long did it take for you people to admit or even begin to fix these problems?---> maybe months ?
And are they fixed?----->Remains to be seen! and it still taks 15-20mins to reach somebody on the phone, and they as in chat, know nothing about having any problems....yet you finally admit it here!

.... As you try to add more and more customers, while feeding off the ones you already had, supplying
them with an inferior product & service , that constantly failed.

***Now that the truth is finally out about MyTrade PEWD, I think you will find my manner a great deal more relaxed and reasonable. As for "Profanity", there is nothing more
profane than a company stating it has a benign "philosophy"
towards it's clients, and then on the other hand provides them faulty and defecient tools that fail constantly and are potentially harmful and
devasting to their fiscal well being. While all the while trying to hide from the very real problems that did exist, and claiming to provide the "tools of the Pros"....
having a system freeze up daily for weeks, is "Trading like a Pro"?

I told the truth, PEWED, that's less than what you were capable of doing, my friend. So why don't you do us all a favor and keep us posted and updated as to whether mytrade
will function like it's supposed too, finally, and
stop being in such denial, when the problems all along were very real!
