Hello again Mike, If Arthur Andersen was the name used as the partner, then it's my company, Arthur Andersen. Whenever "Arthur" is used, it's my company. The two companies are both business units of "Andersen Worldwide" and are currently in a bitter legal struggle because Andersen Consulting wants to get out and be totally independent (consultants have higher profit margins than accountants!!). Basically what happened is that Arthur Andersen started up a Business Consulting group when Andersen Consulting tried to become independent. It seems that this Business Consulting group is the partner with SEBL. I'll admit that Andersen Consulting is a lot bigger in this area, but Arthur is hoping to catch up soon with this relatively new division and the brand name that goes along with it. Sorry about the detail for those that don't give a care! Grant
