I used a poor choice of word. I should have said "accept." But, this illustrates your divergence from the issue. Why jump on me because I assume instead of accept. What we are talking about is ToU. If they put the limit at 20 posts in 6 hours, so be it. At least it is a measurable quantity

As for Libel, it depends on what someone says. If I am said to hitchhike under the sheets, the post won't be pulled and the poster censured because it is 1)funny, 2) obviously a fact unknown to the poster and 3)trivial.

The same applies to idiot, liar and all the other labels we have all been called by the people who lack the capacity to structure a meaningful response. All the idiots are not confined within Yahoo.

RE: Libel. If someone said that I had inside information from my friend at xxx company and shorted it based on that information and he intended to damage my reputation in order to harm my social standing among my peers or my ability to earn money, and it's not true, it's libel. If you complain to Bob he will pull the post and censure the poster. If you want to sue the guy, you can find out from SI who he is during discovery.

Given the nature of bulletin boards, I find it more relaxing to ignore most insults and lies directed toward me.
