Faith based - "if found worthy" BY WHOM? That is the question. By operatives of Karl Rove looking to hand out favors to reward donors and punish anyone against them? When you put federal grants in the hands of politicians you might as well just give it to the RNC. Again, major mainstream white Ministers are against this faith-based idea because it's a scam. It will also certainly result in a plethora of lawsuits. For who in America can decide which religion or religious institution is "worthy"? Louis Farrakan? Why not? What makes him better than say Jimmy Swaggart or Jim Baker or the other scamsters in the Southern Baptist world? Some of whom operate as GOP spinmeisters in a country that's supposed to divide religion and govermment. Just a terrible idea.
