Hello! KAA and Novice Bob,
Each of your last two postings I feel have reinforced the crucial and important decision that CVIA and WOTD Management must make over the next few hours and days! ( JMO!)..
In my view with your clearly expressed opinions , I am hoping that by now Jack and especially the WOTD Management understand how some of the CVIA Shareholders feel!
As both KAA and Novice Bob have eluded too, the current and long standing CVIA Shareholders have been basically been putting our trust and hopes in a sence of blinding loyalty to this point!
KAA and Novice Bob, as well as a host of other CVIA Thread members have I feel sent out a very clear message to the key players in the CVIA negotiations.
Time will soon paint us a clearer picture as to what our reward and direction in the new company will be!
I personally am looking for a win/win situation/ outcome, in hopes that Jack Arnold has selected the most profitable option for the loyal CVIA Shareholders!
As a final plea, to Jack Arnold and the expected/anticipated WOTD Management Team, --I would ask that you very carefully consider rewarding the long term , loyal shareholders for their efforts to this point in the CVIA Merger developments. ( Without which I do not feel that this opportunity would have been as readily available to WOTD.).---Just my own opinion!!
Well enough said from from Wayne J.!!!-- I am but one shareholder and have said my piece, and I am of the opinion that Jack Arnold and the WOTD Management are very much aware of where I stand, in my expectation level as far as the anticipated upcoming initial merger and initial acquisition activities and announcements are concerned.
Just to summarize my expectation as a CVIA Shareholder!
When , if, as and when a merger / acquisition announcement is presented/ made it is my personal feeling that the initial benefit should be clearly presented , focussed and be made available to the current CVIA Shareholders ( which without in my opinion this opportunity for WOTD would have not been available or possible!)..-------Therefore I am expecting a very detailed and specific news release that outlines all the new players, business specifics, features and benefits that will clearly and decisively add instant share value to the current CVIA Shareholders.---Well looking forward to see what happens!
This is most likely one of the last few times that I will be commenting or expressing my views or opinions on this very crucial and important topic. There are several other CVIA Shareholders and supporters that
have their own personal views and opinions, and I feel it is important to allow them the opportunity to express their views and opinions on this dynamic thread!
