Hi nemer, lisa, Kevin and all others on TSO glad to see you back and posting. We have the exact same take on the real estate pricing. We have noticed a softening in this part of the world and we are at this point beginning to sell everything. This, as you know too well, leaves very little time for the market. Hope to be back in action soon. We sold our cci calls for a small loss yesterday, really did not see an up day today. bummer..
