Nobody like retailers, but I added CAB to my watch list today. Analyst estimates seem pretty good, and sells at less than 1/2 book value.

I suppose the question is whether or not earnings can hold up given the poor employment numbers. But from the few hunters that I know, they are pretty fanatical and would rather buy a moose head to frame than buy a good steak for themselves.
Incidentally, while I was researching DFT, I found the list of major customers leasing facilities. Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Facebook, UBS, Amazon, Aventis, My Space, and Ticketmaster all house power supplies and servers in DFT facilties.
