My guess is that it would cost to much of a premium. Pc manufacturer wanted??? Why not gtw. If gate's earnings improve could benefit from high/low end sales.. If not maybe a cheap manufacturer of low end pc's of the kind ORCL could use. - with direct distribution know how Make T Waites an offer he can't refuse. But Apple - sheet why not Aptiva. Bob
