If the rest of the insiders were to buy a significant amount of shares in the open market, that would go a long ways toward increasing confidence in the company.

It would seem they have the financial wherewithal to do so.

Other than that, reports of step by step progress will likely do so, also.

Some of the recent pressure on the pps is likely due to year end tax loss selling.

Buying in the open market would reduce some of that pressure.
