CONSYGEN APPOINTS A DIRECTOR WITH IMMENSE INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE, DONALD P KNODE, TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TEMPE, Ariz., Jan 18, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ConSyGen (OTC Bulletin Board: CSGI) www.consygen.com is proud to announce the appointment of its new Director, Donald P. Knode.
Mr. Knode brings a vast amount of knowledge to ConSyGen's Board. Mr. Knode headed Merrill Lynch, Tokyo from 1961 to 1977; Mr. Knode literally pioneered the notion of "American Style" investment banking in Asia. Mr. Knode was appointed Vice President of Merrill Lynch, Inc. due to his accomplishments in Asia.
In the 1990's, Mr. Knode consulted for bull market technology companies including powerhouses Microsoft, IBM, Honeywell, United Technologies, and Nasdaq. In addition, Mr. Knode also represented blue chip companies like Proctor and Gamble. Lewis Burridge ConSyGen's President and CEO, said, "The Board is very pleased to have Don as a Member.
