Anyone have any idea when the new rules - all bids and offers for over a 100 shares in the middle of the spread must be honored by market makers - will go into effect for all Nasdaq stocks? I am aware of the 500 stocks now under the new rule, but have not seen anything on the timetable for the rest of the Nasdaq market.
