to my knowledge, there are none in florida as of this time; however, i am in the greater orlando market and have signed up through png in nyc. accordingly, for me, geographic proximity is not a significant issue.

p.s. i believe that there is at least one reseller in the greater atlanta market; however, i do not know much about it other than the fact that the name and contact info can be gleaned from the yahoo thread.
