I think you are missing something vital. The disclaimer you requoted is standard disclosure language used in all of WSW email. In the case of ADOT the "OR" in the first sentence applies. In other words officers, directors, or affiliates may have, from time to time, a position in the securities. More importantly, Elio or whoever it is, leftout crucial portions of the disclosure like "The Publisher of this information has purchased ADOT shares on the open market." Pretty important. Hey Elio, QUOTE THE WHOLE DISCLOSURE not part of it.
