Did anyone actually get their ICGE shares yet from the DSSP?

My SFE shares are with Ameritrade and they have charged my account for the ICGE transaction but the ICGE shares have not shown up in my account yet. Ameritrade says they have not received the shares from Safeguard yet.

I was just wondering if other people were having the same experience.
