No they can't touch him on stuff like his taxes or personal drug use, as he would scream to the high heavens it was vengeance for 9/11, which would get it a lot more media attention, which would result in more people seeing it. They could nail him on a PeeWee Herman type thing, but that's about it. I imagine there's nothing he would love better than to get arrested for a small amount of marijuana.
