Hi Rose, Boies is good, real good...see the issues very clearly and articulates them in a simple yet direct manner that makes you feel like there is no other way to see things... I noticed some debate previously about the out come of the Presidency effecting the composition of the Supreme Court... I agree however, I would temper things by saying that the Senate does have to confirm any Presidential nomination for the high court..even though the Republican have a slight majority (1 vote)...I doubt that the moderates would agree to confirm appointment of some right-wings zealots...JMHO... Just Porchin' Rob
