16 million pounds...that's less than three months supply for US utilities alone. Certainly speculators have exacerbated an already tight supply situation, I don't deny that. However, if you took them out of the picture completely, the price of uranium isn't going back to $7 or anywhere close to that. I don't claim to know exactly how much of the price at this point is attributable to speculation, but it is speculation that is based on a fundamental situation, not a situation that was created by speculation.
