-art: I don't know whether you have the attention span to stay with this article but it pretty well dismantles the judges point that MSFT abused IBM and caused the demise of O/S 2. In a clearly outlined presentation the author goes through the judge's "finding" citing the pertinent paragraphs therein and shows how it was IBM's poor decision making that caused O/S2 to flounder and ultimately fail. byte.com
