Alex, I found out that the Phillips lawsuit is not due to the DVD-upgrade agreement, which is a good sign. It doesn't really matter when the convertibles are allowed to be converted because the shorting can begin at any time. I guess it is more likely to being closer to the allowable conversion date. Again, I'll keep watching. Grant
