hey jim. not on much but hope to have more time to put in my 2 cents. iwn is huge potential for ntn. the horse racing industry in this country needs a shot in the arm and on line para mutual wagering may be just the answer. keep in mind iwn is only 60 percent owned by ntn with coleen anderson owning 20% and a venture capital firm owning the other 20% if i'm not mistaken. iwn thorugh homestreach may someday offer anyone with a computer the ability to wager on races and collect payoffs at participating racetracks over the net. the company is currently pursuing this through the canadian jockeys club in canada and they are hopeful for approval. jim i must admit i sold about 75% of my position in the 4 area but held on to some and some calls a bought, feb 5's. the stock moved nicely today and the volume was significant. i didnt see news and didnt receive a fax from kristi so i assumed the stock was up on anticipation of fcc approval, which sokol hinted may come during the 1st week of december during the conference call IMHO. while i sold after holding for 18 months i needed to move some money elsewhere and i maintain a somewhat bullish outlook on the stock long term. i will jump back in more significantly once the air clears on the fcc, nfl contract, expense control initiatives and a quarter or two of positive earnings. while i may end up buying at higher prices my feeling is if these things come into line the stock will go a hell of alot higher over the next couple of years.
one caveat, ntn may finally get it's act together at a time when the market will tank. small co's with no earnings will get hurt far more then those with both earnigns and promise.

talk to ya soon
