Raz, I'm curious to know what you think of AIPN's ability to get it's drilling license from the Kazakstani government. According to the pr, the license area is bordered by Elf Aquitaine, Oryx/Exxon, AMOCO, and Chevron's Tengiz oil field. How do you suppose a small company like AIPN would have been able to procure the license. Why do you think they would license them instead of the major players in the area? bp
