Kurt Petersen, Since there has been some confusion about Nortel... It is interesting to note that JP Morgan just downgraded Nortel from long-term buy to a buy. In an Oct. 27 report, JP Morgan says earnings growth will moderate over the near term. "As evidenced by yesterday's third quarter results, revenue and earnings growth rates for Nortel in the second half of 1997 are clearly coming in below the first half of 1997's levels." This is relevant to Corel because Corel has been touting Nortel as a big potential customer. Happy Investing! Vanni
