The one in Canada is Clearnet CLNTF. Some how NXTL I think owns part of CLNTF. Bottom line is CLNTF Canadian customers that Roam into USA pay no extra roaming fees. Just like NXTL customers pay no roaming fees. I'm not sure how PITC fits into all of this and am still trying to figure it out. TT
