Commercials have been getting progressively MORE short over the past few weeks. Reversing course today isn't consistent with that fact. When the big boys cover you will know as there will be huge volme (not the puny volume we saw today). Today's "rally" came from buy-the-dippers who haven't learned their lesson (yet) and nervous shorts (there are many inexperienced shorts out there).
