I heard the same report earlier today on radio. This data has been coming for awhile and I guess has now become clear enough to give the figures announced. It does make one wonder, since AndorVir was reported to enhance the effect of AZT. It is possible cocktails will have to keep adding more different directions and points of attack, and kinase inhibitors would seem to be a promising one, as well as other medications with other points of attack. Maybe the sheer weight of different directions of attack will hold off HIV much longer or permanently in a higher percentage of patients.
Since a great battle is being waged over a stock at $0.50 with a management, currently, which seems to have done just about everything wrong (including the recent legal threat made at one of our own) it raises the question of why such a battle is being waged over this down and out totally mismanaged company. It does suggest there is something worth fighting for. The current management has been so unbelievably disgusting vis a vis shareholders, with the recent legal threat to Robin reaching new lows, it makes me wonder if it all amounts to a continuing attempt to run the stock down in order to buy it cheap for the ride up. The behavior of management couldn't have done a better job to give shareholders an excuse to sell in disgust and anger if the whole thing had been engineered by Dick Morris. It is hard to understand these events except as possibly a continuation of the previously alleged attempts of Rhodes to drive the price down to robber baron levels where they can be plucked by fellow cronies. This would assume insiders know something about the potential for bringing the price back. Possibly they do and now have made sure Babish, Campbell, and Koch can't say anything about it. Otherwise why would this battle for control of the company continue if company is going down the drain? This, of course, is a highly speculative theory. It could be a case of intensely spiteful mutual destruction and self-destruction, a phenomenon certainly not unknown in human endeavor. Any thoughts on these various points?
