David I will agree to a degree, however, General Instruments...for one... makes something called an IRD Intergrated Reciever Descrambler which I have one of setting here connected between my satellite dish and TV...when I rent a movie on PPV my neighbors don't get it for free...this holds true with my subscription programming as well. As for Bob Metcalf...he slowly is getting his way via the use of channels. Gotta go be the water bearer....
