Dear Mr. President:

I want to speak with you once again about your administrations continued and very misguided harassment of Microsoft and Philip Morris.

First let me comment on MSFT. Just today an Asian consortium composed of some of the largest Asian companies announced they will challenge MSFT's windows O.S. by developing a variant of the Linux O.S. MSFT has long maintained that competition is intense and their dominant position is by no means guaranteed. Today's action confirms the veracity of that assertion. With the DOJ's core argument now obliterated, I suggest it might be a good time to rein in Klien and Reno. Don't you think they have done enough damage?

Now let me comment MO. The government’s case against MO is an affront to personal responsibility, freedom and free markets everywhere. It is the strongest case for legal reform I have seen thus far. It smacks of extortion, cronyism and unbridled greed. I am also aware that the Democrats are receiving huge campaign contributions from the trial lawyers association. Well, well, well. That is very interesting. I will be in contact with my Senator to discuss these recent revelations. Have a nice day Mr. President.
