Robin- Sorry about your predicament. The company is now using the stockholders money to supress stockholders dissent. If I were in managements position I would probably do the same thing while figuring out how to avoid accounting for the $20,000,000 spent since the inception of the company. I'm sure Travellers is curious in where their $5,000,000 went. We may be getting some of our investment back if the money is returned by those that lined their pockets. That comes to two bucks a share. Good luck, Harvey P.S. I'm sending a copy of the letter to the Dwyer brothers, co-founders of SI. I think they have an interest in keeping the heavy corporate hand out of this forum.
