Buying the dips was extremely profitable this week. It's about timing and allocation... That's why I included the caveat yet. Today's "rally" came from buy-the-dippers who haven't learned their lesson (yet) There will come a time when there will be no more buy the dippers, when enough of them say, "no way I'm buying the dip because I remember the pain after the last 10 times I did that" ("besides, I don't have any more money left to invest" LOL). THAT is when the bottom will be in. One clue about when that might happen......... the VIX will be closer to 60 than 20. best... LIG
