Is each column unique? Say column one is first names, column 2 is last names etc. You might be able to have both spreadsheets open then arrange the windows vertically, then use sort and filter to see what's missing.

If there are only a couple of unique items in each list you could also do conditional counts or sums if they are numbers e.g. sumif function or countif function.

You could do what the previous poster suggested by taking and comparing the columns on four separate sheets, sort of by brute force. None of this requires macros, just excel functions.

You really have to look at the data to decide how to do it without VBA macros.
