Barry, Thank you for your well wishes. I don't have a strategy yet for the conversion of INTC warrants to stock, however, I do know some of the issues. If you would like to discus this more, please read my posts from Feb. through April, 1996 on the INTCW thread. If you still want to discus it let's bring the subject over to the INTC thread. I'm sorry, but I just can't keep up with the many meaningless posts, over here, which is severely diluting the many good ones. Regards, Jules
