It would be interesting to know if LibertySurf plans a US dimension to their proposed stock flotation. Otherwise current XSNI shareholders may end up owning shares on the French exchange, or selling their shares to LibertySurf at a not very spectacular price (34 million outstanding by $50 million total market cap). At least we know now why XSNI did nothing to file SEC financials.
