Well, guys, while we are speculating, I will take a guess. Perhaps Joe is thinking of spinning off something to shareholders? This would improve the asset value of the company if the company also retained a good number of shares, and make shareholders happy in that they get a nice stock distribution, resulting in a higher price ahead of the record date. This is just a wild guess on my part, but I think you are underestimating the resourcefullness of Mr. Murphy. Lee
