Just got back... I knew Yorkton and Canaccord had to know something <ggg> HorizonLive.com looks like very solid from what I have seen so far... and since they are in on the second round you know they got the shares dirt cheap. The other thing that really caught my eye... Through an additional investment, the Company recently increased its number of preferred class B shares in Medsite to maintain its proportionate ownership in the most recent financing round. Looks like we didn't get diluted after all and own a lot more than 200,000 shares! Best Regards KEITH
