Jim thanks for the bcc I appreciate the address. Now if I can get there. Your right on the bell with the potential of this stock. It is unique (not many rain forests running around. Location specific for traffic (malls) and the management seems to know what they are going to get in return. Time will tell however with the lines its getting it may be a short time. John
