RR is pretty busy right now trying to enhance shareholder value, so don't be too disappointed if he takes a while to get back to you. 144 stock is two things. It is, of course, the price at which I intend to sell my MVIS position.... 144 stock also refers to lettered stock issued in private placements over the last couple of years. I haven't toted it all up, but several hundred thousand shares have been registered for sale in the last few months. The law was revised last year to allow 144 holders to sell at least part of their positions after only a 1 yr holding period. I believe the requirement used to be 3 yrs. Unfortunately, these holders must file with the SEC and are reported on services such as Bloomberg as selling "insiders". Stock did act a lot better today. Volume picked up somewhat and there appeared to be steady interest throughout the day. David.
