They need to be led to this position. It's the right wingnuts on these threads that decide who wins (R) primaries. As we saw in this last cycle, the LAST person they wanted was Romney. They fell in and out of love with one candidate, then the next, as they disqualified themselves, and woke up to see Romney the last man standing, although even he had been forced adopt positions he'd later regret and deny.

They'll always be some asshat who tells them what they want to hear and gets their love. Huntsman, the least liked candidate, who got NO love at all, might have beaten Obama. But they haven't been whipped enough to learn that yet.
