It looks like when we did the $1.5 million deal we had a certain percentage of Medsite.com with our 200,000 shares... The last $55 million would have diluted that position so JDX bought more shares to bring us back up to the same percentage ownership. We can only guess what percentage they own but they definitely now have more than 200,000 shares. KEITH
