Hi Herschel,

DSL may rule the world. But, it won't happen until the RBOC's have decent price structure for the service. In our area cable is offered for $40/month Vs. $160 for 364K ADSL. It might be okay for business users but for most home users it is expensive. I would say ADSL would explode when the price drops to $40 range but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
