SA would offset heavy oil sales with purchases of arms, aircraft, munitions etc. plus investment in USA. Canada can't come even close to US$600 billion investment in the USA. Besides, Trudeau need the money for transfer payment welfare and administering MAIDS, and "foreign aide" money laundering to Quebec mafia who are selected to "bid" on foreign aide contracts.
Don't be surprised if PM Carney goes into an election saddled with worst recession in Canadian history with record unemployment, collapse in gov't services etc.Liberals are in process of burning Canada to the ground so they can rule over the ashes.
