Hi Techie,

I havent checked the other posts, so what I may say regarding your
post may be old news.

1) It will be interesting to see what happens w/the RFP's. If
AMTX gets one, it probably indicates that they have demonstrated
to the telco's satifaction that CG will be available by 1q '97.
If AMTX doesnt get RFP, it probably means telcos are not
confident about product timing.

2) I don't see how USRX and ASND could keep their development
work a secret. The fact that there is no news and they just recently
advertised suggests that they are getting a late start. Analog modems
are very different than DSL--I think it is a more difficult task
than you think. I think they are still waiting for the dust to
settle, anticipating that the market is still a couple of years away.
