Wang, of your three points, I think the third is a very good one. If trading through Datek makes you lose money, makes you unhappy, or frustrates you, stop trading on Datek. I don't know if the root of your problem is trading or Datek. If trading is the problem, stop trading. If Datek is the problem, find a broker that provides what you want. Complaining on SI is highly unlikely to solve your problem.

Sure, Datek may have mislead you with their claim of "lightning fast trading systems". Now what? Do you stay or do you go? I'm keeping my account, since Datek is my favorite broker. Yes, they have problems, but they suit my needs from 9:45 to 4:00.
