You have to wonder what would happen in a slow moving CAT 4 or 5 to low lying neighborhoods close to the coast down here that now flood and have a foot of standing water after a strong afternoon thunderstorm? Seems many older/poorer hoods have poor drainage, poor soil, inefficient or old sewer system, lack of drainage retention.
