Ahhhh, HOUSING!! As I have said repeatedly, HOUSING IS NOT GOING TO "CRASH" ANYTIME SOON MY FRIEND. WHY??? BECAUSE VIRTUALLY EVERYONE IS EXPECTING IT TO HAPPEN...ALL THE TALKING HEADS...ALL THE "EXPERTS". It's quite amuzing, really. Sure, we'll see a slight pullback, which is normal, but nothing close to what the pundits are yelling on the rooftops about. In fact, I have been buying homebuilders for the past 6 weeks and have done real well. I'll be adding on dips. JMHO.
