The first thing they cut are the vital services, in order to protect the stuff they have no business spending money on.


Yes and they also do it so that people scream to raise our taxes because we can't live without fire or police or by letting everyone out of the penitentiary. They know that nobody would scream if they shut down 75% of city hall which most cities could do with ease.
