Vitamin B1 deficiency in salmon, moose, and a slew of other animals is killing them :(

TL;DR no living organism can survive without vitamin B1. It specially affects the reproductive cycle and can cause population collapse of the affected species. For reasons that we don't know (but suspect are manmade), lots of animals are missing out on their B1.
