Sunny:<<But, is it possible for xsni, the US based company which owns the X-Stream Network, to sell the majority interest in the X-stream Network and only retain a minority interest.

Could they effectively sell the filling out of this OTC-BB pie ?!>>

Sun, anything is possible I suppose. It seems to me Liberty purchased a 10% share from X-Stream directly and the $5M benefits X-Stream. Then, they purchased an additional amount from some shareholders for a majority stake in X-Stream. That payment benefitted those shareholders and not the corporation. Now, if these shareholders could sell their shares on the open market then whatever Liberty paid them would have to be above the going rate I would think.
So now, Liberty is the largest shareholder of X-Stream with the same type of shares we own.....I think. If their purchase was XSNI shares then we are fine. If there is some convoluted plan to take ownership of XSNI/X-Stream and then exclude the OTC BB XSNI shareholders I cannot figure out how they could do it. How about you?
Suntrader, glad to see you back on the thread. Jeff
